Single-layer explosion-proof tank

1.1) Meet the requirements of fixed explosion-proof tank with TNT explosion equivalent of 1.5kg in GA 871-2010 explosion-proof tank;

1.2) Material: The side wall of the tank body is made of seamless steel pipe with an outer diameter of 630mm, an inner diameter of 600mm, a height of 723mm and a wall thickness of 15.0mm; The tank bottom is concave with an outer diameter of 595mm. It is made of 20.0mm steel plate as a whole, and the distance from the end face to the center of the bottom is 500mm; The side wall of the tank body is welded to the bottom.

1.3) Size: The tank body is 610mm deep, and the bottom of the tank is welded with 2 reinforcing ribs 100.0mm wide and 10.0mm thick.

1.4) The total weight is 275kg.
