1. Reflective material for chemical fiber base reflective cloth, the material is light and thin, easy to use, can be easily sewing, printing.

2. The initial retroreflection coefficient of the reflective material is greater than 500cd/(1x * m2), and the uniformity is better than 20%.

3. Reflective material wet state retroreflection coefficient is not less than 100cd(1x * m2).

4. Deflection 7500 times, washing 25 times, friction 5000 times, the retroreflection coefficient is not less than 100cd(1x * m2).

5. The reflective material is flexible and stable in the temperature environment of -30 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, and has no obvious change.

6. Base material waterproof layer for environmental protection PU material.

7. The composite surface material is polyester twill fabric with yarn density of not less than 50 (warp direction) * 50 (weft direction) and gram weight of 175±5g/m2.

After 8.5 times of water washing at 60 ℃, the water resistance shall not be less than 10000mm water column.

9. The color fastness of the material shall not be lower than grade 4.
