1. Telescopic reliability

The expansion and retraction of the telescopic baton is a cycle, and after 3000 cycles, it meets the requirements of telescopic performance.

2. Corrosion resistance

After 8h salt spray test, the corrosion resistance grade of the telescopic baton shall not be lower than Grade 9 specified in QB/T 3832-1999, and shall meet the requirements for telescopic performance.

3. Longitudinal tensile performance

When the telescopic baton is fully extended and locked, the tensile force is applied to 1000N and kept for 1min, and the telescopic performance requirements are met.

4. Bending resistance

When the telescopic baton is fully extended and locked, the pressure of 5000N is applied to the portable middle tube and kept for 1min, which meets the requirements of telescopic performance.
